Today I placed an order of Veg biryani..I was told to wait for 15 mins......after 50 mins my order came.....and they confirmed that it has Veg biryani....when i came home and open the parcel......they served EGG Biryani. I know that there was so much rush on account of black Friday due to which longer wait time was fine but this kind of mistake is unacceptable
I tried the buffet and it was the terrible. But that is not the worst thing about this place. After leaving I stopped at the bank behind the restaurant and saw the cashier standing outside taking a piss. I mentioned this to a friend and he told me he also saw a cook sitting on top of the dumpster taking a bowel movement. How is this place staying open?
The phone number is incorrect on Google. Change the number.. I keep getting your damn calls
Horrible service and even worse ambience. The worst Indian restaurant. Ordered chicken biryani, they got jeera rice with chicken pieces. Never again
The person on main counter was so rude while talking with customer. I ordered chicken dum biryani. It was good in taste. Price is high, but Worth for quality and taste.
The food was old and terrible. The place is dirty, The name the dishes with yellow "postit" stickers. I could not find a single thing that was any good. Won't be around for long...
I love this place for their late night authentic hyderabadi biryani on Friday and Saturday nights. Fast service with tasty food.
Nice quick simple chicken biryani at reasonable price
Food was good & decent quantity. Had the authentic flavor in it. They stay up till 2 on the Fridays.
They may be good at biryani, never order lollipop chicken or chicken 555 its disaster, don't know how the hell they made it..waste of money on these stuff.
Very yuky biryani which I ever had, the biryani served was not cooked properly, the chicken which was marinated was not cooked, served raw and uncooked rice.
Not the best indian restaurant in Irving. Only the least of the dishes are good....
The Chicken Tikka is really good and authentic. The biryani is average but yet value for money
The worst biryani ever had!! We reached paradise at 11:00 pm , and the guy in d front started saying no dine in and only to go ! We traveled half hour to reach there as its open till 2:00 ! The biryani has no salt in it ! I would like to give negative star rather than one star!! Hope they improve the taste and service !
The midnight biryani was delicious...the guy over their was very patiently answering to customers who came for pickup as they were drunken.. As I stand thier for 2min... They just ate his head.. Instead of biryani... Feel pity on him
We went to restaurant around 10pm on week-end, the restaurant time says till 10.30pm, a guy came and asked us to sit and took a order and within couple of minutes another guy comes and say KITCHEN IS CLOSED (he thinks he runs restaurant in Hyderabad), hence no more orders, only left over biryani.. It's really pathetic, they don't care for customers, they insult customers, hence customers should boycott them, let them learn a lesson. Please stop going there, don't get embarrassed.
It was the worst biryani experience ever. I ordered biryani and it took around 40minutes to be ready. It is quite overpriced and you can get much better biryani at other places. The taste of the biryani was very bland and they give overwhelming amount of rice on top of it. Paradise is quite famous for their biryanis but this one I would definitely not recommend going to.
Sep 19, 2016- Went there for the lunch buffet today. Not only were there many choices but the taste along with customer service was outstanding. Plan to make it one of my fave spots. The owner even made us a special dessert "spelling? two words starts with a P"
Served stale biryani including the egg toppings! And the arrogant people argue without offering an apology! Totally lost it for this place!
Absolutely nasty. The food, the hygiene, the restrooms, the floors.Went there today, the food was terrible with a stale smell, this place espouses quantity over quality. They have many items on the menu, but most are stale from a few days ago. The tables stink of curried meat from previous patrons. All this for the cost of 12$, that's 12$ to much i think. Never ever will we go there again. Why are Indian restaurants' restrooms so bad?
The place is a bit pricey for buffet but totally worth it. So many varieties and everything tasted yummy!! Will go again!!
Good Biryani. One of the better buffet in the area. Bad service. Food is probably 4 stars, but service is 2 at best.
Can't get better biryani than paradise in DFW.. My kids love this paradise chicken & goat biryani..
Good togo biryani. Good choices for lunch buffet
Worst experience ever. Food tastes ok but it was not fresh. It gave me stomach ache. It looked like the food was prepared for few days and refrigerated. Definitely not fresh. Avoid going there.
Nice lunch buffet, good selection but pricey.
The famed biryani place from Hyderabad, India has opened this branch but the quality of biryani was not top notch. Maybe I had a very high expectations :)The quantity is very generous and two people can eat in one chicken biryani.
Good food with great service. Nice variety during the lunch buffet and also open late during the weekends.
My first venture into Indian Food! I have a newly discovered friend in this tasty journey. The lunch buffet was clean and there was a wide variety of foods...perfect for first time dive into this food. I loved it all! Service was very fast and extremely friendly. Don't be afraid to jump in and try this place!
Horrible food. We ordered two different curries, 2 types of biryani - none of them had even a decent taste. Stay away (I and my colleagues will)
Best biryani I had after a long time..5 stars for the delicious food and service needs to be improved..
Good food, but buffet doesn't serve biryani. Their party room get really hot.
Tried paradise chicken curry.. It had nice curry leave flavor on top of spice. Loved it.
Have you guys closed the business down? This was the only Indian restaurant I used to get my biryaninfrom. Undeniably was the best in area, notwithstanding that they don't pick up the calls to take to go orders.
By far the WORST Indian buffet ever. Normally in all the buffets (even the bad ones) we find at least a couple good things, but at Paradise we didn't find a single acceptable item. Even the chicken biryani server in the buffet was pathetic. If anyone likes this food, then I would have to assume that their taste buds are dead. To top it all, i saw a couple small roaches on the small bowls they keep for taking curries, etc.
If you order take away give them atleast 40 minutes before they get your order.Looks like they have issues in the kitchen almost over heard them fighting several times. Food is not really that tasty many more Indian restaurants around you could go for.
Cool place but I've tasted better Indian Cuisines in the same area
It is good. Foods are good, they serve only halal food that is also good part. Deserts are simply awesome .
I went here with a friend. We are both fond of great food so we decided to visit Paradise restaurant in Irving Our expectation was very high and we weren't disappointed at all. The food was amazing and the service impeccable. It is a lunch I won't forget.
Food was good but I think the place is CLOSED FOR NOW.
Quality can be improved
The food is not up to the mark, all the dishes were sweet instead of spicy. And the floor here is very slippery, I slipped twice while getting my food from the buffet. The worst thing I have experienced was, this place does not have an air conditioner (AC). This is ridiculous, the management runs this restaurant with out an AC in this hot summer afternoon.
Excellent for an Indian buffet restaurant. There's a large number of various dishes (all yummy), and something I've never seen at any other Indian restaurant, cake. It's called "Paradise Cold Cake"and it is very good and delicious, not overly sweet nor has the consistency of most American cakes. I don't know what it's made of but it sure is good. I had two servings of it. I used to think the other Indian restaurant up on the same boulevard was the best but after lunch today I've changed my mind. If you like Indian food, this place is worth a try. I'll be baaaack! I give it an A+.
We ordered chicken biriyani 1 tray,we got bombay biriyani (thats what its wtitten).dry biriyani,no taste, worst chicken like frozen boneless chicken with colour. wasted $70 .
Good ... but still didn't have chance to taste dosa... other than that all good
This is the best place to get Biriyani
I've been here a few times and the food is very flavorful. It's an Indian restaurant so the customer service isn't the greatest (just on par), but who really cares when the food is that good.
Amazing place to have Indian and South Indian food... They have buffet in d afternoon, loved their dessert options
Always awesome . the buffet and dinner are both great. the best thing about them is that you can BYOB (yes , you read it right, bring your own beer or alcohol) since they don't serve it there. So, for foodies like me and my friends who also like to drink some before they eat some, its an awesome place to visit. So, far i have tried their biryani's and they are always awesome. Also, do try their kabobs, the green chicken (hara bhara) kabob and the red chicken kabob is simply mind blowing.
It's good place to go for lunch buffet.. Tasty and lots of Indian variety dishes here.. But don't ever try goat biryani here.. The worst one prepared by them..
